Una dimora esclusiva e raffinata situata alle pendici dell’Etna, nei dintorni di Zafferana Etnea. È La Torretta, un tipico ed antico caseggiato rurale recentemente ristrutturato e convertito in una splendida residenza privata. Immerso nel caratteristico paesaggio etneo, profilato da vigneti, frutteti e muretti a secco, il casale vanta una scenografica piscina panoramica, depurata al sale, ampie e ben attrezzate terrazze, un curato giardino ricco di piante aromatiche ed una straordinaria zona benessere con vasca idromassaggio, bagno turco, sauna, doccia emozionale e grotta del sale. Gli accoglienti ambienti interni, arredati con particolare gusto e cura nei dettagli, si sviluppano in quelli che un tempo erano la casa padronale, il palmento, la stalla e il magazzino, di cui conservano le originali caratteristiche architettoniche. Realizzati con materiali ecocompatibili, questi ambienti si distinguono per stile ed originalità e per il perfetto connubio tra tradizione e modernità. La casa padronale comprende al piano terra la zona giorno con salotto, sala da pranzo, cucina e bagno di servizio, al primo piano tre camere da letto con bagno privato, mentre il piano inferiore ospita la zona wellness, in quello che una volta era l’antico palmento. Nei due annessi, Casetta e Dependance, si trovano rispettivamente una suite con letto matrimoniale in soppalco e un’ulteriore camera matrimoniale, entrambe con bagno privato. La villa, che dispone al suo esterno di cucina con zona pranzo e campetto da calcio, è dotata anche di area fitness, aria condizionata, Wi-Fi, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, riscaldamento e camino. Dalla villa, oltre agli scenari naturali e ad i paesini del Parco dell'Etna, si raggiungono in pochi chilometri le località più interessanti della costa ionica come Taormina, Catania e Siracusa.

This was our first visit to Sicily. Gianluca went above and beyond to make sure our stay at the villa went well. He was very responsive and gave us great advice to places to visit and restaurant to eat. The views from this location was breathtaking. This villa is a perfect location to take day trips both north and south excurtions. Our family was able to enjoy having chefs come into the villa to have cooking classes and also serve us meals outside. Thank you for the opportunity to stay here. Oh my - what a beautiful stunning holiday whilst staying in your beautiful villa! Our family of 6 enjoyed the most wonderful stay being hosted and guided by the best Gianluca!! You gave us such memories which we will trasure. Such as a sunset walk up Mount Etna, a true feast in 4 Archi - the wine was fab! Cocktails and stunning meal in Monaci delle Terre Nere. The setting was tremendous, enjoying the villa in all its magnificence - our 2 boys LOVED and made every minute out of the football pitch but the most memorable day for us was a day out on a boat, diving into the ocean with Pontile Pizzichella, followed by the wonderful Fabio cooking for us on return. Thank you so so much for the memories.

What a fabulous two weeks we have had staying in your beautiful home! We are 2 families visiting from England. We had many fun days out - highlights being 2x boating trips, 2x visits to the wonderf Monaci Delle Terre Nere (definitely worth it) 4 x 4 excursion up Mt Etna and oviously many days lazing by the pool enjoying the gorgeous gardens and football pitch. Our stay would not have been complete without the knowledge and help of Gianluca - He is FABULOUS! What a star!! Thank you Gianluca ♥ And thank you Sicily ♥

Lovely visit to Sicily, we loved staying in the Villa, which had beautiful sea views, an amazing food and a great view on Mount Etna! The Villa was perfect for relaxing and visiting nearby historic towns. We were a family of five and the villa was perfect for us. We really enjoyed the jeep tour up Mount Etna, visiting Syracuse and also enjoyed the square in Zafferana. Would recommend restaurant Oleum pizzeria where we had fantastic pizza on the last night. Had an amazing stay Gianluca was really helpful. xx

We are a family of 10 visiting from Mexico, Argentina and USA. We truly enjoyed our stay in this dream house/villa. The soccer match/field was very popular in our family, lunch with Chef Fabio outdoors was superb, the spa + turkish bath, pool, views + weather. We couldn't have asked for more. We want to be back hopefully soon! Gianluca was the best host, extremely helpful, attentive and always available. We had a fabulous week exploring the area! Gianluca arranged many wonderful excursions for us - Mt. Etna, boating, chef dinner, tours of many villages and connected us with n interpreter and her husband, who helped us find a cousin from Lipari! The pool and setting was beautiful. We had a beautiful two weeks in the marvelous hills of Etna - Mountains. Living in this very skilfully decorated Villa was a joy - as was the help of GianLuca with many good ideas like the visit of Sicilian Chef Fabio, who once deliciously cooked for us, and the other time made a little "cooking-class" for us to show us how to make Arancinos! Perfect. We saw Taormina, Zafferana, Milo, Siracusa and the Craters. Sicily is beautiful !!! Looking forward to come back one day

Charming location with the sea to our right, and Etna to our left. Imaginative use of space, particularly the conversion of the wine press into a health spa. Two football fanatics particularly enjoyed the pitch which was an added bonus and the kids loved searching for the lost balls in the brambles behind. Highlights were definitely Taormina and Gianluca who gave us some splendid recommendations - all of them brilliant for either location or taste! He was also incredibly resourceful in finding us a driver, places to visit, and great helpfulness. We had a splendid week, time to recharge and rest in this wonderful villa. Thanks

Gianluca was amazing, he made our visit in Sicily a memory of a lifetime. We travelled to Noto, Taormina, Linguaglossa and Castiglione and Giardini Naxos for a boat trip. However just relaxing by the pool was enough to remove the cold Melbourne weather from our bones.

We stayed in late October 2021 as a party of 10 - two families with adult children. The charming hospitality of the house, kitchen, living and dining, fireplace and Gianluca let us forget the terrible weather. We were back again! After the medicane bad weather the landlord invited us to come back again in May and see the real Sicily. Thank you for hosting us in this great villa with gorgeous views.
