Zagara Bianca

We booked Zagara Bianca to bring the family together from around the world. What a beautiful and peaceful place to spend a week together. From the 'Hugo spritz' in the piazza, to the delicious focaccia bianca - we ate, drank, slept and swam... Our family six adults booked to stay here for a family get together to celebrate a birthday. We stayed for a week and it was just perfect for us. Everything is as described on the website (probably better) and there are plenty of things to do in or around Savoca. There is a supermarket at the bottom of the hill around ten minutes drive away, which has everything you need. The property has been perfectly maintained and presents as new. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property to anyone. Finally, Carmello the host/owner is a great guy and was 10/10 fantastic at communication before and during the stay. I think it is important that you are dealing with the owner rather than through a manager and this is the case here. Thanks again for your hospitality Carmelo.

Dear Carmelo and team, thanks for letting my family stay in your fab villa for 14 days. We spent quite a few days by the salt water pool and enjoyed everything about the villa. We also enjoyed the local restaurants in Savoca. Our favorite was Pipispezzi. See you next time!

Dear Carmelo & Isa, thank you so very much for the most enjoyable week we have experienced here at Zagara Bianca. Your special personal attention combined with the beautiful, spacious villa made it a perfect stay for our week long family holiday from Australia. We loved the pool and the BBQ facilities (and the meal prepared by outside chef, Giovanni, on one of the nights). My favorite experience was the sound of the bells at 8 am and 6 pm each day with the Ave Maria from St. Nicolo's church (perfectly heard from beside your pool). Best wishes from Australia

Dear Carmelo and Isa, We have had a lovely week in Sicily staying in your villa. We recommend: A visit to Dioniso for the wine but also for the olive oil tasting! A walk around Savoca Cooking with pistachio pesto, perfect with pasta and stock up with pistachio cream to take home with you. Costa di S. Alessio beach was the best one found Nice granita and good snorkelling A visit to the Gole d'Alcantara, buy the walking tour. It may be unconfortably busy in high season, but it was not busy at all in late may
