Panoramica
Villa Domizia è una splendida villa con piscina situata tra Eraclea Minoa e la riserva naturale di Torre Salsa, 35 km a nord di Agrigento. Di recente costruzione, la villa si affaccia sull’esclusiva piscina con idromassaggio e sulle sue ampie terrazze panoramiche, che offrono un’incantevole vista sul tranquillo paesaggio circostante e sul mare, da cui dista appena tre chilometri. Distribuiti su due livelli, collegati tramite una scala esterna, i confortevoli e luminosi ambienti interni della dimora comprendono al piano terra una zona living con camino, cucina e sala da pranzo, due camere da letto e un bagno, mentre al primo piano si trovano due camere da letto con bagno privato, una zona giorno con angolo cottura ed una bella terrazza solarium. La villa dispone inoltre di internet Wi-Fi, 2 TV, ricevitore satellitare, 2 lavastoviglie, lavatrice e barbecue. Villa Domizia è anche un ottimo punto di partenza per esplorare le più belle località della Sicilia meridionale. Posta al centro di un territorio di elevato valore culturale e paesaggistico, la villa si trova tra le riserve naturali di Torre Salsa e della Foce del Fiume Platani, tra le spiagge di sabbia di Bovo Marina ed Eraclea Minoa, ma al tempo stesso anche a breve distanza dalle scogliere della Scala dei Turchi, dalla Valle dei Templi di Agrigento, da Sciacca e Selinunte.

- rooms slighty smaller than the impression given by pictures. But all in all, a VERY nice villa, with a fabulous view and very well furnished property. Terrace area is even better than the pictures! Owners are very kind and friendly and looking in all details to make your stay unique and confortable.

Superbe maison, superbes paysages associant le luxe et la sauvagerie des lieux. Contrairement à les mois de mars le temps a été plus qu'au rendez-vous et à la limite du suportable = 42°. Heureusement nous avions une bonne clim, de bons vins et de bonnes mozarelles... Encore un grand merci à Domizia et Antony pour leur accueil discret et efficace...

Obwohl der Start voller Überraschungen für uns und für euch war (wer rechnet schon mit einem Waldbrand und eine Villa ,die in Asche liegt), konntet ihr durch euren Einsatz das Haus in kurzer Zeit wieder im vollen Glanz erstrahlen lassen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, wurden herzlich (inkl. gefülltem Kühlschrank usw.) empfangen und bestens von Domizia und Anthony betreut - inkl. Top-Restaurantempfehlung! Obrochl der start voller überraschungen für uns und euch war (ower rechnet schon mil einem Wald brand und eine Villa die in Asche liegt), konnlet ihr duch eu ren Einsatz das thaus in kurzer Zeit wieder in vollen Glanz erstrahlen lassen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt, wurden berzlich (inkl. gefühltem Kühlschrank now) empfangen und erstens von Domizia und Anthony betreut - inkl. Top-Restaurant + empfehlung. Villa spektakular, schon, ruhig und sehr grob, mit sehr luxuriösem Stil und Einrichtung. Wir hätten nie gedacht, dass wir so eine Villa finden würden. Der Gipfel des Berges bietet definitiv die schönste Aussicht. Auch der Besitzer Anthony ist fantastisch und immer verfugbar. Er gab uns viele Anweinsungen fur das Haus und die Mogliechen ausfluge. Vielen Dank, Anthony, sie und ihre Frau Domizia haben unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslisch gemacht!

Fro the fresh cake you made for us, to all the accomodations available, we will definitely coming back. The view is breathtaking, and we enjoyed the swimming pool very much. Ein sehr gelungener Urlaub und wir würden sehr gerne diese Villa buchen. Es hat eine sehr schöne Aussicht mit einem wunderbaren Pool. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und machen alles zum Wohle der Gäste, sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können nur aus unserer Erfahrung sprechen un diese Domizil zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Drahá Domizia a Anthony, musíme vám poblahopřát k nádhernému místu a umístění vily. Strávili jsme zde 4 krásné noci, ale bohužel nám počasí příliš nepřálo. V budoucnu se určitě s rodinou vrátíme, moc děkujeme a přejeme mnoho úspěchů.

Nous avons séjourné à la Villa Domizia en mai avec notre famille. La villa est très belle et le séjour a été très plaisant. Antonio et Domizia ont été des hôtes merveilleux, ils nous ont traités comme des rois, nous ont comblés de soins et nous avons été ravis. La maison est plus beau que sur les photos, elle est practique et très bien construite. Si vous allez dans cette villa, vous êtes en sécurité.

Villa Domizia is a great place. Fantastic see view. Very quiet so a car is recommended. The pool is very big and we loved it, especially by night due to the lights. The villa is very clean the equipment is high level. The welcome packet is fantastic. The villa owners are very helpful, all the time being available. We will come again.
